To get the ball rolling, this covers the discovery process and the creation of a training plan to submit the short-form grant for approval.

Helping people learn and grow has always been my passion. I started my career in Human Resources and quickly realized that employee development was where I could make the biggest impact. As Director of Learning & Development, I built three employee academies from the ground up so learning would never stop at any level of the organization.

Along the way, I took on grant management, turning a misunderstood funding source into a powerful tool for workforce training. I developed a long-term strategy that helped secure substantial funding and created meaningful change within the company.

I truly loved the work, but I wanted to drive real impact without the corporate barriers, so I stepped out on my own. Now, I help businesses invest in their employees by designing customized training programs and securing grant funding to bring them to life.

Design

Once we’ve defined your vision for the next 1, 3, and 5 years, I design a training program that aligns with your mission and sets your team up for long-term success.

We start with a short-form grant, focusing on the most critical training gap over 12 months. This allows us to make an immediate impact while laying the groundwork for your bigger goals. From there, we build out a strategic plan to support your long-term vision, making sure every step moves you closer to where you want to be.

But it doesn’t stop there! I continuously review and refine the program to remain effective and aligned with your evolving goals so your employees keep growing, and your company keeps moving forward.

Fund

Once we’ve designed your training program, we move into grant preparation—but don’t worry, it’s not as daunting as it sounds.

I partner with an expert grant writer who has done this countless times and knows exactly how to craft a winning application that meets all the requirements. Your role? Simply answer a few questions about your company’s history, provide some basic demographic information, and review the final grant to ensure everything is accurate.

That’s it! I make the process as smooth as possible so you can secure the funding you need without the stress.

Deliver

Once the grant is approved, the final details take about two months to process, and the funds are transferred to the college, which handles all trainer payments, so you don’t have to worry about the administrative side of things.

During this time, we’ll build a rollout plan to integrate the training while supporting your company’s initiatives. My goal is to ensure a smooth, effective launch that maximizes impact while minimizing disruptions to your day-to-day operations.
